Absolutely! All of our carers are up and down the country and if you wanted to have a sit-down chat then that is not a problem at all. We will always do everything we can to make sure that our clients are happy, and we know that you will feel right at home with your chosen carer.

Absolutely. Before we even think about registering a carer with us, we do a POVA and a DBS check. We also require them to have a reference from a previous employer and they need to provide copies of all the qualifications that they have. We will then invite them for an interview, get to know them and also make sure that they care as much about our clients as we do.
